Around Christmas time 2006/New Year 2007, we began to beta test a game called Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
Personally, I feel that it is the BEST set up MMORPG out there today. I know that there have been many complaints about it, but this game is NOT meant to
be easy. Unlike games like World of Warcraft, it is NOT baby sitter version 2.0. Yes, the launch was tough, Sigil after many years of development began to
run low on funds and this combined with pressure from SOE who are actually doing the game hosting forced an early release of the game.
But I remember other game launches that were far far worse than what Vanguard has ever proven to be. Problems are quickly dealt with and game content
is continually being added, but only AFTER in game bugs have been dealt with first.
The longer we have played this game, the better we like it. The world is far more realistic, the world economy is also within reason as well thanks to Sigils
policy of banning those who would sell game resources and services online.
